How to get more leads - Test multiple squeeze pages (a.k.a. lead capture pages, landing pages). Create a page identical to your baseline and then change one thing, like use a different title or different color scheme or a different headline. You'll want to test everything (over time), every part of the webpage to see what converts best. Keep track of your results, like the traffic sources used, conversion rates (see "More traffic" above), etc. for each test. Then once you know which version of your squeeze page works best (your baseline or the alternative), pick the winner. Repeat the process.

How to get more customers - Test multiple sales funnels. Where do you send your leads: an 800#, email campaign, or a call center. Test different versions of each. Capture the results and pick the winner.

Using this simple solution creates more traffic to a better converting squeeze page that sends leads to a better converting sales process, which of course results in more profits.
